• You consent and agree to list your business on Bypriya.
• You consent and agree to displaying your company logo and all information provided at the time of onboarding.
• You are responsible to verify and do all due diligence on any leads received via this listing. Bypriya or any of its employees will not be responsible for any financial or business transactions between your company and the customers you receive via this listing.
• You acknowledge that Bypriya do not qualify the customers or leads received through this listing.
• You consent the use of your logo and company information for publicity via Bypriya’s social handles. Such content will be provided for your review and approval before publishing.
• You exempt Bypriya from all legal liabilities that may arise as a result of any business transaction you perform as a result of this listing.
• You acknowledge that Bypriya has the right to cancel or remove your listing on reasonable grounds. Our decision on this will be final.
• All trademarks registered or pertaining to your entity will be yours. All trademarks belonging to Bypriya will remain ours. Either parties shall not use their logo or any other identifiers or trademarks without prior written consent.
• You can request to remove your listing by writing to [email protected] following which we shall contact you for review. Once you confirm the decision we will remove your listing within 7 business days. Any data saved on our database regarding your listing shall be deleted.
• Note that Bypriya is well within its rights to update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time. Such changes will be notified to you on the registered email address.
